Yoga Refresh

NEW IN PERSON CLASS!

Join me for this lunch break class that will reset and refresh you for the rest of the day. This is a 45 minute class that is non-sweaty, but will get you focused, breathing and relaxed. It incorporates meditation, breath work, soothing movement and restorative poses to calibrate you to the present, relaxed moment. Appropriate for all levels.

 

Tuesdays at noon starting on Aug 3.

Yin & Flow

NEW IN PERSON CLASS!

Yin and Flow is moving from live streaming on Wednesdays at 4:30 pm to Tuesdays at 6 pm In Person.

 

Yin and Flow combines Yin and Yang attention to rebalancing energy in the body, mind and spirit.  The first 30 minutes are devoted to moving the body dynamically and the last 30 minutes are passive stretches using gravity and support. Appropriate for all levels.

Private Instruction

Private instruction is available for those who want a deeper dive into specific asanas, skills and practices, more instruction on basic principles of yoga and meditation.  I teach privately to individuals, families, small and large groups.  With my 25+ years of experience practicing and teaching yoga, I can work with you to hone your yoga practice.  I am currently teaching privately via zoom.
